At Pronto of Long Island, our mission has always been clear: to help individuals and families move out of poverty and into stability. Today, we’re excited to share an important new step forward in that mission.

We are proud to announce the launch of Pronto on the Go - a mobile outreach initiative designed to bring food, essential resources, and support services directly into the communities we serve.

For many families, barriers such as transportation, work schedules, or childcare can make accessing support difficult. Pronto on the Go removes those obstacles by meeting people where they are - at community hubs, neighborhoods, and partner sites across Long Island.

Through this initiative, Pronto will:

Expand access to food and essential resources

Strengthen connections to job readiness and workforce support

Reach individuals and families who may not otherwise be able to visit our site
